End User License Agreement (EULA)

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By downloading, installing, and/or using this software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software"), you are agreeing to be bound by the conditions of this Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, you should not download, install, or use the Software and must uninstall it if already installed.

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you, as an individual, and EVRIUS s.r.o., the sole rights holder of the Software. Please read this Agreement carefully before installing and using the Software. Your use of the Software signifies your agreement to these terms.

Software Description

Easy Click is a software product owned by EVRIUS s.r.o. It provides productivity-related functionality, including time management tools, focus sessions, and related features designed to help you organize and improve your workflow.

License Grant

FREE LICENSE
Easy Click grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to download, install, and use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

PAID LICENSE
Upon payment of applicable fees and continued compliance with this Agreement, Easy Click grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, and perpetual license to use the Software in strict accordance with this Agreement.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
You agree to use reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized use or disclosure of the Software, applying at least the same degree of care you use to protect your own confidential information, and in no event less than a reasonable standard of care.

Ownership Rights

The Software is the intellectual property of EVRIUS s.r.o. and is protected under copyright laws, international treaties, and other applicable laws in the country of use. The structure, organization, and code of the Software constitute valuable trade secrets of EVRIUS s.r.o.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Software may be used by EVRIUS s.r.o. in its current or future products or services without compensation or further approval. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Software, which remain exclusively with EVRIUS s.r.o.
